The São Paulo City Council approved the bill that authorizes it to join the privatization of Sabesp, the state company responsible for water and sewage services in the city. There were 37 votes in favor and 17 against. Next week will be busy in Brasília. The president of the House, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), should announce the creation, composition, reporting, and schedule of the working group to analyze PLP 68/2024, the government's first proposal to regulate Tax Reform. The National Congress will meet on Thursday, April 7, to analyze presidential vetoes linked to the Budget.
