On Wednesday, the Senate is expected to vote on the provisional measures that may be put to a vote in the House today. Among them are MP nº 1.108/22, which regulates teleworking; and MP nº 1,109/22, which authorizes the adoption of different labor rules in situations of states of emergency. Senator Simone Tebet's vice president will likely be Senator Mara Gabrielli of the PSDB. Ciro Gomes said that his VP will be announced on Friday. Today the meeting of the Central Bank's Monetary Policy Committee begins to decide on the basic interest rate. Currently, the interest rate is at 13.25% per year. The expectation is for an increase to 13.75%. The decision will be announced tomorrow.
