The text of the Precatórios PEC may need to be changed to obtain the necessary votes. A group of seven parties is mobilizing to propose an alternative text to the one approved in the House. The vote in the Constitution and Justice Committee is scheduled for Tuesday. As expected, the analysis of the sanitation law in the STF has been postponed until next week. The probability is for the Court to confirm the constitutionality of the law. The Auxílio Brasil MP was approved in the House without the device that provided for the annual increase in the payment rate according to inflation. The Senate may vote on the MP next week, as it expires on December 7.
