Bridge reopens in Ukraine Conflict Zone

A bridge in Stanystia Luhanska has been built. This is an act of great significance. The bridge allows people to pass between rebel held territory and land controlled by the Ukrainian Government. The troop pullback has already been completed. Zelensky wants to control the border with Russia, all POWs to be freed and to bring rebel held land under government control. Then he intends to hold elections. Moscow is unlikely to meet all of his demands.The Normandy format summit is due to open on December 9. The signs are auguring well for it. There have been many ceasefires since the conflict erupted in 2014. All other ceasefires have been honored more in the breach than the observance.
