Today, the Precatórios PEC is expected to be partially enacted. The parts of the PEC that were changed by the senators will be analyzed in the House next Tuesday, December 14. Lira and Pacheco's goal is to complete the analysis of the PEC in both Houses next week. The Senate should vote on the new exchange rate framework and the legal framework for micro-generation and distributed mini-generation, while the House should vote on the BR do Mar and Refis. The analysis of the privatization of Eletrobras may not be completed in the Federal Audit Court today, as there may be a request to review the case. The rapporteur's vote may make the future of the case a little clearer, especially in relation to whether it is possible to privatize the company in the first quarter of next year.
