While some senators believe that the House should expedite the analysis of the proposal and review the changes they made, Lira supports the partial enactment of the Precatórios PEC. The most likely scenario right now is the partial enactment of the proposal, but this depends on an agreement between Lira and Pacheco. João Roma expects a decision this week, as he would like to begin issuing Auxílio Brasil payments on Friday. The case in the STF regarding the transfer of public service concessions without prior bidding is being reviewed by Minister Gilmar. So far, only the rapporteur's vote (Toffoli) has been submitted, for the unconstitutionality of the transfer of concessions.
