Minister Rosa Weber will remain in the position only until October 2023, as she will turn 75 years old and will have to retire, as per the Constitution. Even with the change of command in the Court, the relationship between the Executive and the Judicial branches is likely to remain unstable. For states and municipalities, the fiscal impact of the nursing salary floor law is estimated at more than R$ 6 billion. The trial in the STF runs until Friday, September 19. According to the FSB/BTG Pactual poll published this morning, the distance between Lula and Jair Bolsonaro dropped from 8 to 6 percentage points. Lula fell from 42% to 41% from last week to this week. Bolsonaro rose from 34% to 35%.
