Moscow offers antibody tests as normality returns

On May 27 it was announced that anyone can get a free test for coronavirus antibodies. But they have to register 14 days in advance and wait 3 days for a result. The state wants to know how widespread the antibodies are. The news shows that the health system is no longer groaning as it was a month ago. But only 5 000 tests a day can be conducted in a city of over 12 000 000. From May the number of new cases has fallen almost every day.As of June 1 most stores will reopen. People will be permitted to walk freely, but with timetables for different parts of neighorhoods. Digital passes for transport will remain in force until mid-June.
