President Jair Bolsonaro arrives in Russia, where he will meet with President Vladimir Putin and local businessmen. He leaves on Thursday to go to Hungary. In December, the rapporteur of the privatization process of Eletrobras, Minister Aroldo Cedraz, pointed out some inconsistencies, with a focus on energy generation and distribution. The privatization of the company is expected to be approved, but with some recommendations. The TSE released the party advertisement calendar for the first semester. This could affect poll results. The calendar starts in February with the PSOL and ends in June with the MDB. In total, there will be 305 minutes of advertisements divided between 22 parties.
