President Lula signing two significant bills and other weekly topics

President Lula (PT) will sign two significant bills this week: one addressing the renegotiation of state debts with the federal government and the other concerning the regulation of Tax Reform. Both are expected to be sanctioned with vetoes. On Thursday, January 16, Arko Advice is hosting a debate with the president of PSD, Gilberto Kassab, in São Paulo.

President Lula (PT) has until Thursday, January 16, to sign the bill regulating Tax Reform (PLP No. 68/24). The text, drafted by the Executive Branch, was approved by Congress last year.
