On June 19 Putin said at a United Russia Party conference that RUB 100 billion would be spent on infrastructure and welfare. Putin was a member of United Russia until 2010. Now he is an independent. However, United Russia is the most slavishly pro-Putin party. Putin's ratings are always above the party. How does not want to be dragged down by the party's unpopularity. But his ratings are declining too.Putin acknowledged that family incomes are too low.United Russia is blamed for falling incomes, widespread peculation and poor public services. 30% of people intend to vote for United Russia.
