Report on Tax Reform expected today in the House

​As announced last week by the president of the House, Arthur Lira, Deputy Aguinaldo Ribeiro should present his report on the Tax Reform proposal today. Deputy Aguinaldo supports a broader Tax Reform through a Proposed Amendment to the Constitution (PEC), while Deputy Arthur advocates a more gradual approach through regular bills, as proposed by the government. The COVID Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry (CPI) should hear former Ministers of Health on Tuesday, and a session of Congress has been scheduled for Tuesday, at which presidential vetoes should be reviewed, including those issued regarding the 2021 Budget.
