Russia allows travel to and from more countries

On October 29 Moscow announced an easing of travel restrictions.There are already flights to over 10 countries. From November 1 there will be flights to Japan, Serbia and Cuba. The government does not look like it is bringing in another lockdown.Citizens and residents of the countries that Russia allows flights to are allowed to visit Russia. Belarus, the UK, Egypt, Kazakhstan and others are on the list.There are exemptions for citizens of other countries. You can visit Russia if you are a close relative of a Russian, coming for medical treatment, are a diplomat, are a ''highly qualified specialist'' or get special permission from the foreign ministry. If you come on one of these bases you need proof in English or Russian that you tested negative to coronavirus in the last 72 hours.
