Analysis by Henley and Partners investment migration consultancy on June 14 said that 15% of Russian millionaires will go abroad by the end of 2022. Western sanctions and a changed atmosphere in Russia are prompting the exodus. Paradoxically, the report also noted that billionaires had mostly moved closer to the Kremlin since February 2022. It is estimated that 42% of Ukrainian millionaires will leave the country by the end of 2022.
