Proposals have been submitted to Congress that postpone the implementation of the culture laws, opening up at least R$ 3.8 billion of space in the Budget. The Ministry of Economy reported that the postponement of the investments in the cultural sector was approved in order to meet the 2022 spending ceiling and make room in the 2023 Annual Budget Bill (PLOA 2023) for mandatory expenses. Today, two presidential polls will be published, one from XP/Ipespe and another from the Paraná Institute. In the coming days, polls from Datafolha, Ipespe and FSB/BTG Pactual will be published. Bolsonaro's biggest problem remains his high rate of rejection, which is currently around 55%. He has 31 days from today to reduce this rate.
