The rapporteur for the Administrative Reform proposal, Deputy Arthur Maia (DEM-BA), should submit a new text on the changes to be voted on this week. The Special Committee is expected to vote on the text on Wednesday or Thursday. Arthur Lira, Rodrigo Pacheco and Paulo Guedes should meet today to discuss the court-ordered payments issue. The plenary of the House may vote on the urgent status for the bill that deals with the extension of the payroll tax exemption until 2026. President Jair Bolsonaro will give the opening speech at the 76th UN General Assembly in New York today.
