The first AtlasIntel presidential polling data since the release of audio recordings involving Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) and banker Daniel Vorcaro has just been released. Flávio Bolsonaro dropped six percentage points and now holds 41.8% of voter intentions against President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), who reached 48.9% in a hypothetical presidential runoff. Today, President Lula will launch the Move Aplicativos program, aimed at financing vehicles for ride-hailing drivers. The initiative provides for R$30 billion in public funding for app-based drivers and taxi drivers. Another measure the government is heavily backing to improve approval ratings is the end of the “6x1” work schedule. Today, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), President of the Lower House, and the rapporteur of the constitutional amendment proposal (PEC 221/19), Congressman Leo Prates (Republicanos-BA), will meet to discuss the final adjustments to the report.
