The new Genial/Quaest presidential poll was carried out last week, from February 3-6. The results should be similar to other recent polls, with Lula in the lead, followed by Jair Bolsonaro, and third candidates trailing behind. The distance between them should be lower due to the beginning of the Auxílio Brasil payments. The União Brasil party was created from the merger between the PSL and DEM. The new party has no natural candidate for the presidency of the Republic, but will be sought after by other parties, as it will have significant TV time, with 81 deputies and seven senators. In relation to the sale of OI, the trend is towards approval, but CADE is expected to impose some conditions and recommendations. It is worth mentioning that the councilors are divided.
