Bolsonaro submitted the new Bolsa Família provisional measure to Congress yesterday. The text did not provide for a new rate, but he has said that it will be at least 50% higher than the current rate. Arthur Lira has said that he may postpone the voting of the paper ballot PEC due to the Navy’s parade today. The income tax bill is on the agenda but needs to reach an agreement before it can be put to a vote.
