According to the poll, former President Lula has 44% of intended votes and President Jair Bolsonaro has 31%. Ciro Gomes (PDT) has 8% and Simone Tebet (MDB), 4%. IPEC also polled the intended votes for the second round. Lula would win by 52% to 36% against Bolsonaro. We are on the eve of the September 7 demonstrations. Generally, on September 7, the "Cry of the Excluded" (Grito dos Excluídos) demonstration also takes place, as it has since 1995. This movement is led by left-wing parties. Today, a meeting is scheduled between the president of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), and Minister of the STF Luis Roberto Barroso on the national nursing salary floor. The impact of the salary floor on the federal government would be “negligible” - about R$ 4 million.
