The race remains polarized between Lula and Bolsonaro, with Lula in the lead. According to the bill approved in the Senate, health plans may be required to finance treatments that are not on the list of covered procedures maintained by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). The House is expected to vote on two provisional measures before they expire, one on funds for the Casa Verde e Amarela program and the other on the CSLL rate for financial institutions and insurance companies.
