The vote on the text of the Precatórios PEC should take place in the CCJ next Tuesday, and voting in the Plenary should be held on December 1 or 2. We believe the PEC can receive up to 54 votes in favor – even if all the Podemos senators (9 senators) vote against the proposal. There are four cases in the STF that question the legality of the sanitation law. The trial is expected to be delayed but we believe that the crucial points of the law will be considered constitutional by the STF. Bolsonaro’s formal affiliation with the PL is scheduled for November 30, at 10:30 am.
