The Senate should make yet another attempt to vote on PL nº 1.472/21 and PLP nº 11/20 on Wednesday, March 9. The rapporteur for both bills is Senator Jean Paul Prates (PT-RN). If approved in the Senate, the bills will go to the House for further analysis. The government is expected to announce measures to stimulate the economy. The goal is to spread out the measures so as to create a sequence of positive events for the government. Two new polls on the presidential election will be published this week: the Paraná Research Institute poll on Wednesday, March 9, and XP/Ipespe on Friday, March 11. The polls were conducted after some of the PDT aired its ads in support of Ciro Gomes – the ads may have an impact on the poll results.
