Turkey eager to normalize relations with Armenia

There is some good news coming from the former USSR! On February 24 talks took place in Vienna. Both sides said the talks were optimistic but no clear outcome was reached.On February 23 the President of Turkey said he would like to restore diplomatic relations and trade. Special envoys have been exchanged. The two countries held talks in Moscow in February 2022.
