The bill also introduced prison sentences for those officials who do not declare all their income or assets. Failure to comply will result in a fine of USD 150,000 or a year in jail. The bill is not yet finalized but it is probable that it shall be because it is so vital to the country's economic health. The IMF is also demanding firmer action against oligarchs such as Ihor Kolomoisky. This will be more problematic for the government.
