Ukrainian passenger plane crashes in Iran

On January 8 a Ukrainian International Airlines plane crashed in Iran. All 176 people aboard were killed. The cause of the disaster has not yet been determined. Already some people on the internet are making accusations of foul play. The crash comes at a moment of high tension between Iran and the United States. There is no strong reason for either country to want to bring down the plane. Half of the people aboard were Iranian and only 11 were Ukrainian. Many airlines are now avoiding Iranian airspace.
