Ukrainian PM offers resignation

On January 17 the Prime Minister of Ukraine suggested that he step down after a recording of him criticizing the president was leaked. PM Honcharuk has only been en poste since 2019. President Zelenskiy must now decide whether to accept Honcharuk's offer. Billionaire Ihor Kolomoisky openly despises Honcharuk. Was the leak orchestrated by Kolomoisky? He is perceived by some as the money behind Zelenskiy. Zelenskiy is keen to negate the impression that he is Kolomisky's puppet.
