Alexei formerly ran the corporate risk consulting division at the Centre for Political Information, a Moscow think tank. He has years of experience managing end-to-end complex investigations and advisory projects on a range of sectors in Russia and across the CIS. His work at the Centre involved hundreds of detailed examinations of pre- and post-transactional corporate risk in the region on behalf of major multinationals and financial institutions. A regular commentator in major Russian and international business dailies on politico-economic events, Alexei has lectured on corruption risks at Moscow’s Higher School of Economics in conjunction with Transparency International. Alexei is a graduate of Moscow’s Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and has also studied anti-fraud and corruption issues at the University of Portsmouth, UK. He is fluent in Russian and English and is professionally proficient in German.
